Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains how returns and exchanges work. Please inspect your furniture on delivery—if anything arrives damaged, note it at handover and contact us straight away so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within the period stated at checkout. Because of their size, return collection of larger items may be arranged through our delivery team, and a collection charge may apply unless the item is faulty.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Please keep your proof of purchase.
