Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your furniture. We deliver across Uganda, with timing and delivery charges shown at checkout based on your location and the size of the items.

Larger furniture is delivered by our team. Please make sure there is clear access and enough space to bring items into your home, and inspect each piece on arrival before signing. Where assembly is offered, this will be noted on the product page or arranged with you.

Once your order is scheduled, we will contact you to confirm the delivery window. If you are unavailable, we will reschedule to the next convenient slot.
